Business Development Manager (U.S IT Recruiting – Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager – UT IT Staffing to work on contract to permanent basis. The candidate will be preferably located in India and support in U.S time zones. This will be a fully remote position in U.S Eastern Time. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.

Understand the requirement and client’s need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.

Identify partnership opportunities

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications & Experience:

Need to have at least (5) years of experience in IT Staffing industry.

1-3 years of working experience as a BDM/ US IT Recruiter (minimum 6 months of Sales exp is required with Tier 1 vendors) for US staffing company or related.

Proven track record of building clients, new business leads and achieving aggressive targets

Motivated, self-starter with solid upsell and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to understand and explain channel sales knowledge of IT Augmentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as listening skills.

Can work with very less or No supervision on achieving business targets

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal, communication and convincing skills.

Highly motivated, self-starter. Strong work ethics and team player.
